WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Your order will be shipped within 5-7 working days after the payment is completed.

Delivery is subject to your location. It usually takes about 5-7 working days for the product to reach you.
WHAT IF I GET A DAMAGED PRODUCT?
We've got you covered. Send an email with your name, delivery address and a video of the unboxing. After verification, a replacement for the same will be shipped to you. We do not offer any kind of refunds.
WHAT IF I HAVE COLOUR ISSUES?
We try our best to use the same colours as displayed on our website but there may be a difference on how it is shown on your screen. You must also know that all our products are handmade, so there may be a slight difference in each product. Look at the bright side, you now have a unique product!
